Q: What is permanent jewelry?
A: Permanent jewelry is custom designed to fit you exactly the way you want it. Then it is permanently welded together using state of the art welding technology to create a claspless and timeless piece of jewelry.
Q: What metals are used?
A: We have a range of materials to choose from so that there is something for everybody. We offer 14k solid gold in yellow and white, 14k gold filled, and sterling silver.
Q: How long will my jewelry stay on?
A: That really depends. Permanent does not mean indestructible. Jewelry is meant to break under pressure for our safety. However, we are always happy to re-weld your jewelry.
Q: How do I remove my jewelry?
A: You can easily remove your jewelry but cutting the jump ring with a pair of flush cutters or you can come into our store and we can remove it for you. If you want to reattach your jewelry we are happy to do that for you but it is important that you ensure the jewelry is cut at the jump ring otherwise your piece might not fit correctly anymore and you will have to replace your chain. Divinely Adorned is not responsible for discounts or refunds due to these circumstances.
Q: What if my jewelry breaks?
A: We guarantee our welds, meaning we stand behind our work and are confident in our applications. We use state of the art technology and other factors that not other permanent jewelry artists in Idaho use to ensure a strong weld. If your jewelry breaks we are more than happy to re-weld it.
Q: What if I get home and don’t like my jewelry?
A: We are sorry to hear that you’ve decided permanent jewelry isn’t for you. We are happy to add a clasp to your piece so you may remove it as you please. However, all sales are final.
Q: What if I lose my jewelry?
A: Within 2 weeks we will replace at no cost to you.
Within 15-60 days we will replace the piece at a 50% discount.
Within 61-90 days we will replace the piece at a 20% discount.
After 90 days the customer is responsible for replacement, and no refunds or discounts are offered.
Q: Do you have an allergy warranty?
A: Unfortunately this is something that is out of our control. We use high quality metals, the same as fine jewelry stores use. Any allergic reactions are not eligible for refunds.
Q: What if my jewelry tarnishes?
A: With proper care these chains should not turn rapidly. If you expose your jewelry to chemicals, lotions, spray tans, bug spray or sunscreen make sure to rinse the chain off with some water after you apply these substances. Some lifestyle factors such as sulfur in shower water, high acidity in skincare products, or even our own pH can cause jewelry to wear more rapidly. Divinely Adorned is not held responsible in these circumstances.
Q: Can I go through airport security with my jewelry?
A: Yes!
Q: Can I get an MRI with my jewelry on?
A: No, you cannot. The chain will need to be cut off. Simply cut your chain where the jump ring is and your artist can re-weld it on you at no additional cost. If you are someone who is getting MRI’s and X-rays, permanent jewelry may not be for you, BUT you can always attach a clasp to your jewelry and enjoy the experience of getting custom fit and unique to you jewelry.
Q: Can I give permanent jewelry as a gift?
A: Yes! We offer gift cards for purchase, or you can schedule an appointment to surprise your loved one!
Q: Can I hire you for my next event?
A: We would be honored! Birthdays, bachelorette parties, graduation, grand openings… you name it, we can be there! We have a 6 person, or 6 purchase minimum for private parties/pop-ups. Book online or e-mail us at divinelyadorned.pm@gmail.com
